Apple reveals new iPad

Apple CEO Tim Cook revealed the new iPad on Wednesday.

The new iPad features retina display, 2048 x 1536 resolution and 3.1 million pixels.

The new iPad also supports 4G LTE - HSDPA+ with 21 Mbps, dual-carrier HSDPA with 42 Mbps and LTE with 73 Mbps - all download speeds.

The new iPad is less than a centimeter thick and weighs 635 grams.
