The video was posted on social media by an account named Raw India. In the viral clip, the delivery worker, whose identity was not revealed, explained that he had been setting aside small amounts from his daily earnings over a long period to make the purchase possible.
"Main Swiggy maar ke, thoda thoda paisa jama kar ke main yeh laaya hoon", he said in Hindi, which means, 'I worked for Swiggy and saved a little money at a time to buy this'.
