Dua Lipa needs no introduction. The singer, who has delivered multiple hit songs and won hearts with her electrifying dance moves, is also known for flaunting her toned physique. Recently, she shared the key to her sculpted abs and enviable figure.
The Levitating singer celebrated her 31st birthday on 22 August. Earlier, on the At Your Service podcast in 2022, as reported by BANG Showbiz, Dua detailed her strict evening cut-off for eating:
She said, "I don't eat after 6 pm. I fast. I feel like, with my skin, it really helps... when I eat really late, my body does not really work through it, and it takes too long to process food. It does not prepare anything else in my body."
"I drink a lot of water for my skin. I take vitamins, I take Omega 3. I fast. I feel like, with my skin, it helps," added Dua.
In 2021, Dua shared with Refinery29 her love for cooking and said, "I enjoy cooking and being with my favourite people... with all the running around I do for work, it's nice to come home, slow down and connect with the food that nourishes my body and life."
Dua Lipa and Callum Turner's Marriage
Lipa and Turner first got married in an intimate ceremony at London's Old Marylebone Town Hall on 31 May before hosting a larger destination wedding celebration at Villa Valguarnera in Sicily on 6 June.
Following the London ceremony, a source close to the singer told PEOPLE she "couldn't be happier", describing the wedding as intimate, meaningful and exactly what the couple had envisioned.
"The London ceremony was exactly what they wanted. It was intimate and meaningful, and they were surrounded by loved ones," the source said, adding that the couple had a small celebration after the ceremony.
Of the couple's decision to have a second wedding, the insider said, "They get to enjoy the best of both worlds: a private moment together and a larger celebration with family and friends in Italy."
Lipa confirmed her engagement to Turner in June 2025 after months of speculation. The pair first sparked dating rumours in January 2024 before making their relationship Instagram official later that year.
