Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh's closest aide Honeypreet Insan has been arrested after weeks of a cat-and-mouse game that the Haryana police seemed to be losing until today. The 36-year-old was seen speaking to the media and appeared on various TV channels before she was arrested on the highway near Chandigarh.
