Actor Sean Malone, known for appearing in films like Gone Baby Gone and The Fighter, has died at 54, on July 29, reported .
The actor died after succumbing to injuries from a drowning incident, the Boston Fire Department confirmed.
Sean, who played Skinny Ray Likanski in Ben Affleck's mystery film Gone Baby Gone had been in coma for over a week, after he was located floating unconscious in a water body, by three teens, along with an off-duty firefighter.
He was spotted swimming "too far" on July 20 and was taken to Boston Medical Center where he remained in critical condition until the fated day.
