The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has warned NEET PG 2026 aspirants against social media posts and advertisements claiming to have access to the question paper before the exam.
In a post on social media, NBEMS said candidates should not fall for fake social media handles, bogus claims or misleading advertisements offering "leaked" NEET PG 2026 question papers.

The warning comes after posts and groups on platforms such as Telegram and Instagram claimed to provide NEET PG questions and other exam-related material.
NBEMS calls leak claims fake
NBEMS made it clear that such claims are false and fraudulent and are intended to mislead candidates.
The medical examination body advised students to remain cautious and not trust messages or advertisements promising access to the NEET PG question paper.
"Do not fall for rumours. Stay vigilant. Stay informed," NBEMS said in its warning to candidates.
The screenshots shared by NBEMS showed social media accounts and Telegram groups promoting material related to the upcoming NEET PG examination. Some posts appeared to suggest that candidates could get access to questions in advance.
Candidates advised not to trust social media claims
NEET PG candidates often come across messages on social media promising question papers, answer keys or other exam material. NBEMS has advised aspirants to avoid such claims and rely only on information released through official channels.
Candidates should also be careful before paying money to individuals or groups claiming to have access to the NEET PG question paper.
