Royal Enfield Bullet 650 made its debut at the EICMA 2025 and has now made its India Debut at the ongoing Motoverse 2025 in Goa. Carrying the history of the brand, the motorcycle combines the familiar design elements of its smaller sibling with the tried and tested 650 cc platform of the manufacturer. To celebrate this history, the brand has also unveiled a 125th Anniversary edition of the motorcycle.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650: Design
Visually, the motorcycle carries typical Bullet elements like a round headlamp with small pilot lamps, and a teardrop-shaped fuel tank. To maintain the signature styling, the brand also offers hand-painted pinstripes on the tank, the vintage logo, and more. All of this is complemented by the presence of new paint scheme options.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650 125th Anniversary Special Edition
Royal Enfield has also unveiled a 125th anniversary special edition of the Bullet 650. It comes with a paint called “Hypershift”, a color-changing finish that transitions between deep red and rich gold as light strikes the surface. The tank, adorned with a ‘125 Years' emblem, serves as the focal point of the upgraded aesthetic, while the side panels of the Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition also display the same commemorative badge.
In contrast to the vivid tank, the rest of the motorcycle features a purposeful blacked-out design. The engine casings, exhaust pipes, wire-spoke wheels, frame, handlebars, and even the headlamp and taillight surrounds all sport a dark theme. This bold styling provides the Classic 650 with a more contemporary appearance, allowing the unique color scheme to take center stage.

Royal Enfield Bullet 650: Specs
Talking about the engine specs, the 648 cc air-cooled parallel-twin engine at the heart of the Bullet 650 continues to put out 46 hp of power at 7,250 rpm and 52 Nm of peak torque while revving at 5,650 rpm. This unit comes paired with a six-speed gearbox. All of it contributes to maintaining the character of the machine, along with the design. More about the design later.
Royal Enfield Bullet 650: Hardware
The Bullet 650 is based on the same steel tubular spine frame that the rest of the 650 cc machines in the brand's lineup use. Very similar to the Classic 650, the Bullet has a 43 mm telescopic fork at the front and dual shocks at the rear end performing suspension duties. It holds the ground using a 19-inch front wheel and an 18-inch rear wheel.
Braking is the responsibility of the ABS-equipped system, which uses a single 310 mm disc at the front with the bite coming from a twin-piston caliper and a 300 mm disc with a single-piston caliper at the rear. Along with this, the motorcycle has a seat height of 800 mm and tips the scale at 243 kg.
