Renault India recently unveiled the new-generation Duster, marking the SUV's return in a refreshed avatar. Ahead of its official launch, the model arrives with a redesigned exterior, a thoroughly updated cabin, and multiple new powertrain choices. Pre-bookings have already opened at Rs 21,000, with buyers promised benefits such as priority delivery, introductory pricing, and exclusive "Gang of Duster" merchandise. To build anticipation, Renault has begun showcasing the 2026 Duster at dealerships across the country, though availability for viewing will vary by city. Interested customers are advised to check directly with their nearest dealer for schedules.
Dealers in select locations have already started displaying the SUV, giving prospective buyers a chance to experience it in person before deliveries commence. Since the vehicle will only be showcased for limited periods at each outlet, Renault is encouraging customers to stay in touch with dealerships for updates.

The India-spec Duster will be offered with a wide range of powertrain options. Leading the lineup is a 1.8-litre, four-cylinder direct-injection petrol engine (E-Tech 160) paired with two electric motors, producing 160 bhp and 172 Nm. A 1.3-litre turbo-petrol (Turbo TCe 160) follows, delivering 160 bhp and 280 Nm, available with both six-speed manual and dual-clutch transmissions. Another option is a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol (TCe 100) producing 100 bhp and 160 Nm, offered exclusively with a six-speed manual. Additionally, a 1.3-litre turbo-petrol variant will generate 163 bhp and 280 Nm.
In terms of design, the new Duster retains the familiar silhouette of the global third-generation model but introduces India-specific styling cues. The front fascia features eyebrow-style LED DRLs that double as turn indicators, a redesigned grille with the Duster badge, and a bumper accented with silver highlights reminiscent of the first-generation version. Pixel-shaped fog lamps add further character.
