Mercedes-AMG has unveiled the cabin of its next-generation GT 4-Door Coupe, offering the first glimpse of the brand's upcoming electric performance saloon. This marks a significant transition for the GT 4-Door nameplate, as it moves away from combustion engines and onto a dedicated EV platform. Despite the shift, AMG has ensured the interior remains driver-centric, avoiding the lounge-style layouts seen in other Mercedes EVs.
The cabin adopts a cockpit-inspired design, with the dashboard, centre console, and screens angled towards the driver. This layout reinforces AMG's performance DNA, keeping controls within easy reach. Instead of a single glass panel stretching across the dash, the GT 4-Door uses a triple-screen arrangement. At the centre sits a 14-inch touchscreen, slightly tilted for accessibility, paired with a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster and an optional 14-inch passenger display. All three run on Mercedes-Benz's MB.OS software, which introduces AMG-specific graphics, telemetry data, and performance-oriented driving modes.

Physical controls remain a key part of the experience. The centre console houses three large rotary dials with textured edges, allowing adjustments to motor responsiveness, cornering agility, and the nine-stage traction control system. Each dial features LED lighting that changes colour depending on the selected setting, providing instant visual feedback.
Flexibility extends to seating arrangements. The standard configuration offers two individual rear seats, while buyers can opt for a three-passenger bench. Rear occupants benefit from recessed footwells, improving comfort despite the coupe's low stance. Enhancing the premium feel are a panoramic glass roof with Sky Control technology, ambient lighting, and a Burmester audio system.

The steering wheel also gets tactile switchgear rather than touch-sensitive pads. Two circular controllers with integrated LCD displays sit below the spokes, enabling quick changes to drive modes and chassis settings. Paddle shifters remain behind the wheel but serve new functions in the electric setup: the left paddle adjusts regenerative braking levels, while the right paddle activates a temporary boost mode.
