Mahindra has recently shared updates on both its conventional and electric vehicle operations. In the auto division, the company highlighted the recent launch of the new XUV 7XO and confirmed plans to introduce two fresh ICE SUVs in calendar year 2026. One of these will be the Scorpio, covering both the Scorpio N and Scorpio Classic, while the other is expected to be a significant facelift of the three-door Thar.
On the electric side, Mahindra reported that it has sold over 41,000 units of its electric SUVs in the ten months since deliveries began in March 2025. These sales include the XEV 9e and BE 6 models, which were introduced in November 2024. The company emphasized that this performance reflects strong demand for its EV portfolio.
To further support customers, Mahindra has rolled out dedicated remote service vans for electric SUV owners in the Delhi-NCR region. These vans are designed to handle routine issues at the customer's doorstep, reducing the need for visits to service centres. The initiative aims to improve convenience by addressing common concerns such as diagnostics, software glitches, minor electrical problems, and selected mechanical checks.

For EV owners, many service requirements are software-related rather than major mechanical failures. By resolving these remotely, Mahindra reduces downtime and avoids unnecessary towing or lengthy workshop appointments. This is particularly useful in urban areas where service slots can be difficult to secure during busy periods.
The remote vans, branded as eVAN, can be booked through select Mahindra dealerships in Delhi-NCR. The company sees this as a way to make after-sales support more accessible, focusing on faster response times and minimizing disruption for customers.
