Kinetic Green is set to launch a new electric scooter in the Indian market on July 28. Named after the DX, the electric two-wheeler is billed as the modern version of the two-stroke Kinetic Honda DX, which was available in the Indian market over 40 years ago. After the announcement of its launch, the brand has released the first teaser of the EV. Once launched, it will be a rival to models like the Bajaj Chetak, TVS iQube, Hero Vida VX2, Ather Rizta, and others.

Starting with the design details, the electric scooter is expected to have illuminated logos. One of these units with the Kinetic lettering will be placed above the horizontal headlamp, with the logo on the front apron highlighted by the black panel. The teaser also provides a glimpse of the electric scooter's switchgear. This hints that the EV will have fake exhaust noises, probably imitating the original model.

Kinetic has shared some minor specifications about the scooter, such as the inclusion of a TFT display. The company has also announced that the battery choices for the scooter will vary between 1.8 kWh and 3 kWh, with a maximum speed of 80 km/h.
