Honda Motorcycle Reports 5.44 Pc YoY Growth In September 2025 Sales

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India records a 5.44 percent YoY growth in September 2025, with a total of 5,68,164 units sold in the month.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter Indian has reported a 5.44 percent YoY sales surge in September 2025. The brand reported to sell a total of 5,68,164 units in September 2025, surpassing the 5,38,852 units in September 2024 units sold in September 2024. Apart from the total YoY sales surge, the brand has also recorded positive growth in exports in the month.

According to the data, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India sold a total of 5,05,693 units in the domestic market, and dispatched a total of 62,471 units in September 2025. This accounts for 2.85 percent, and a 32.43 percent YoY growth in domestic and export numbers for September 2025. Previously, the brand sold a total of 4,91,678 units in the domestic market and 15,297 units in exports in September 2024.

Talking about the MoM data, the brand registered a growth of 6.23 percent, as it sold a total of 5,34,861 in August 2025. Out of this 5,34,861 total units, Honda sold 4,81,021 units in the domestic market and exported 8,631 units. This accounts for a MoM growth of 5.13 percent and 16.03 percent in the domestic sales and exports, in September 2025.

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India's Q2 performance shows steady growth. Honda reported total sales of 16,18,403 units in Q2 FY25, marking a 3.69 percent year-on-year increase over the 15,60,804 units sold during the same period last year. Domestic sales saw a modest rise of 2.15 percent, touching 14,53,045 units, while exports surged by 19.54 percent, climbing to 1,65,358 units from 1,38,330 units in Q2 FY24, highlighting strong overseas demand.
