Hero MotoCorp is gearing up to broaden its Vida electric portfolio with the introduction of a brand-new electric motorcycle. This upcoming model is scheduled to make its debut at EICMA 2025 in Milan. Previously, the company had released a teaser image of the Ubex concept, which has since been taken down. In its place, Hero has now unveiled a fresh teaser, officially titled Project VXZ.
While the teaser images of the upcoming Vida VXZ do not reveal the exact design highlight. However, it does suggest that the new electric motorcycle will feature a sharper headlight housing and tail section, along with a steeper split seat and grab rails. Additionally, the images showcase Vida's signature LED DRL design, featuring projector headlights.
The teasers also hint at a muscular fuel tank and a wide handlebar layout, reinforcing the VXZ's bold stance. While the exact feature list can only be revealed post-unveiling, what we expect is that the Vida VXZ might get a TFT instrument cluster, likely offering features such as ride modes, turn-by-turn navigation, and connected tech. Interestingly, the VXZ seems to adopt a belt drive setup and could house a mid-mounted electric motor paired with a low-slung battery pack, optimized for a lower center of gravity and improved handling.
The motoring exhibition at EICMA is set to kick off on November 4, 2025, with major brands showcasing their future products in their respective profile.
