Harley-Davidson has revised the prices of its X440 motorcycle in India, with increases of up to Rs 2,000 on the top two variants. The move comes just two months after a broader price hike across the entire X440 range in June 2026.
Revised Pricing
The range-topping X440 T variant now costs Rs 2.86 lakh, ex-showroom, reflecting a Rs 2,000 increase. The mid-spec X440 S variant is priced at Rs 2.60 lakh, up by Rs 1,000. The base Vivid variant remains unchanged at Rs 2.35 lakh, ex-showroom.

At the time of writing, Harley-Davidson's Indian website continues to display the older pricing, while Hero MotoCorp's site, which handles sales and service for Harley-Davidson in India, reflects the updated figures.
No Mechanical Changes
The price revision is purely cosmetic in terms of specifications. The X440 retains its 440cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which produces 27hp and 38Nm of torque. The motorcycle is offered with a six-speed gearbox and a slip-assist clutch.

The T variant, introduced in late 2025, added ride-by-wire throttle, a redesigned subframe and bar-end mirrors. Ride-by-wire also enabled traction control and two ride modes, distinguishing it from the lower variants.

Market Context
The X440 competes in the premium 350-450cc segment against models such as the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, Honda H'ness CB350 and Yezdi Roadster. With the latest revision, the X440's price span now ranges from Rs 2.35 lakh to Rs 2.86 lakh, ex-showroom, depending on the variant.
