Royal Enfield is all set to launch a new version of the Guerrilla 450 in the Indian market. Until now, the brand has released a teaser, keeping details of the motorcycle a secret. However, the bike is expected to get aesthetic changes along with minor upgrades in the hardware. Once launched, this will be the first update to the motorcycle since its launch in 2024.
Considering the brand's pattern, there may be alterations to the model's mechanics. A comparable update was seen with the redesigned Hunter 350. These modifications are likely aimed at enhancing rider comfort and improving control of the motorcycle. Additionally, the tyres may be changed to provide better traction on the road.

Even in this avatar, the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is expected to carry forward the same Sherpa engine that it shares with the Himalayan 450. This is a 452 cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine which produces 40 hp of power and 40 Nm of peak torque. The power is routed to the wheels via a six-speed gearbox.
Currently priced at Rs 2.56 lakh (ex-showroom), this motorcycle features 43 mm telescopic front forks that offer 140 mm of suspension travel, as well as a rear mono-shock that provides 150 mm of travel. The braking system consists of a 310 mm ventilated disc with a dual piston calliper at the front and a 270 mm single disc with a single piston at the rear. To enhance safety, the manufacturer incorporates dual-channel ABS. The bike rides on 17-inch wheels.
