Telangana chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao's proposal to build a new assembly building and a modern Secretariat complex after demolishing the old one at Hyderabad has stirred a hornet's nest. Some say it is a waste of tax payers money, motivated by vaasthu considerations, others say why not build in a new part of town.
