On The Buck Stops Here, Agusta middleman Christian Michel talks about former Air Chief SP Tyagi's arrest, Guido Haschke's disappearance from Interpol's Wanted list and Italian top court ordering retrial in the VVIP chopper scam. Terming SP Tyagi's arrest "unfortunate", Christian Michel tells NDTV it would have taken a much larger set of forces to change the specifications. Asked if he would co-operate with the probe in India, Christian Michel says he is ready to be interrogated in Dubai and "even willing under condition to come to India". Dismissing Haschke's budget note as "made up", Agusta middleman says that Haschke sat down and wrote it knowing what damage it would cause.
