Uttarakhand Police horse Shaktiman, who was hurt during a BJP protest, has died. Both the Congress and the BJP are busy scoring brownie points over the horse's death. While the accused BJP MLA Ganesh Joshi has made a bizarre claim that Shaktiman's death is a Congress' conspiracy against him, the Congress has dragged in the President Rule in Uttarakhand and is saying that now it's the Modi government in the state and they should be blamed.
