With just a week to go before the Delhi civic polls, the BJP's big catch is former Delhi Congress chief and ex-minister Arvinder Singh Lovely. The Congress seems to be imploding, much like it did in Uttar Pradesh. And the Aam Aadmi Party is now on the defensive after its bypoll rout in Rajouri Garden. The BJP's Shazia Ilmi filed a police complaint against online abuse and trolling, saying her abusers have links to the AAP and that she's being targeted because of the civic polls.
