After 'Laxman Rekha' warning to women, BJP minister withdraws remark
Kailash Vijayvargiya, a minister in the BJP government in Madhya Pradesh, has blamed women for the crimes against them. "We are forgetting our traditions and crossing our limits. If you cross the 'Lakshman rekha', you will be punished," he has said.
