After offering to be UPA's knight in shining armour, the Samajwadi Party is now scrambling for numbers. Ten of its MPs were missing at the SP parliamentary board meeting and there is speculation about a split in the party. After the Left, a Samajwadi Party delegation will be heading to meet the President and hand over a fresh letter of support of 38 MPs for the government on Wednesday.
