The Justice Rajinder Sachar Committee, set up to study the social, economic and educational status of the Muslim community, will submit its report to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Friday. The high level Sachar Panel is expected to ultimately only give a status report on Muslims and perhaps recommend reservations.
