US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has arrived in New Delhi on Wednesday amidst escalating tension between India and Pakistan following the attacks on Mumbai. Speaking to reporters upon her arrival, she said that Pakistan must act with "urgency and resolve" and cooperate "fully and transparently" in the aftermath of the Mumbai terror attacks.
