Rajbir Singh, the encounter specialist of Delhi Police was found dead on Monday in the office of a property dealer in Gurgaon. He was shot twice with a gun he himself gave the alleged killer Vijay Bhardwaj, a friend for twenty years, who later surrendered. Earlier, the Gurgaon police claimed that the gun that was used to kill Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Rajbir Singh belonged to him.
