In a setback to Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray, the Advocate General of India on Thursday said that there were enough grounds to arrest him. According to sources in the Advocate General's office, the officer has informed the Maharashtra government that Thackeray can be arrested for inciting hatred between communities.
