Power generation at Kudankulam in 3 months: Atomic Energy chief



Amidst the continuing crisis over the Kudankulam plant, the chief of India's nuclear power operations has said that the disputed nuclear plant in Tamil Nadu will start generating power in three months from now. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, Sreekumar Banerjee, the Chairman of the Atomic Energy Commission, said that efforts still need to be made to allay the fears in the minds of the locals regarding the safety of the plant.
