The Supreme Court today agreed to take up for hearing two separate applications seeking action against Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi for his ''inflammatory'' remarks on the killing of Sohrabuddin Sheikh in a fake encounter. A Bench headed by Justice Tarun Chatterjee posted the matter for hearing on Monday.
