On Andhra Pradesh formation day, ministers told to stay away from celebrations

It's the 57th formation day of Andhra Pradesh today, but ministers and legislators will not be the official chief guests at functions across the state. Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy has asked district collectors across the state to attend official functions. This so that ministers from Telangana districts are not put in a tricky situation of either complying with or defying the CM's orders. In Hyderabad however Mr Reddy will the chief guest at the official function.
