A 25-year-old man accused of raping and brutalising a five-year-old girl in east Delhi was arrested from Muzaffarpur late last night, according to the police. Manoj Kumar was arrested by a team from the Delhi Police with the help of local cops from Chiknouta, his in-law's village, at around 2 am, about 50 Kms from Patna, the police said.
