The Anti Terror Squad (ATS) arrested a self-styled guru Dayanand Pandey in Uttar Pradesh. Though Pandey's exact role in the blast is not clear, he claims to be a religious leader in Jammu. Now, as the ATS is expected to go to Jammu to continue investigations, it is becoming clear that the low intensity blast in the small town of Malegaon has its roots in a nationwide network.
