Kupwara sees 25 per cent voting till noon

Moderate polling was witnessed in the five assembly constituencies in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, with nearly 25 per cent of the electorate exercising their franchise during the first four hours of the voting. "About 24.56 per cent of over 3.41 lakh eligible voters had cast their votes in the five seats of Karnah, Kupwara, Lolab, Handwara and Langate as of 1200 hours," an official spokesperson said.
