Jodhpur is a city in mourning with some reports that the number of those killed in the Chamunda Devi temple stampede could be even higher than the official figures. One lane in the Kallol colony of Jodhpur saw 11 families losing someone they loved. The official figure of those who died in the stampede is 147 while unofficially the figure is close to 180.
