India and Pakistan begin the two-day Foreign Secretaries level talks in Islamabad today. Foreign Secretary Nirupama Rao and her Pakistani counterpart Salman Bashir are expected to discuss the slow progress in the 26/11 trial and the Confidence Building Measures CBMs) for Jammu and Kashmir.
