The situation is still tense in Manipur after 15 people were killed in a blast near police commando complex in West Imphal on Tuesday. Over 20 people who had been injured were shifted to the Regional Institute of Medical Science and Jawaharlal Nehru Hospital. The blast took place when a bomb attached to a two-wheeler went off.
