GMR group CFO Madhu Terdal tells NDTV Profit why the company is in talks with Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad (MAHB) to sell its entire 40 per cent stake in Istanbul's Sabiha Gokcen International Airport for Rs 1,900 crore. A major portion of the sale amount will be used to pare down GMR's outstanding debt, he says.
