"Security forces in Kashmir have been told to use maximum restraint," Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh said on Monday in the Rajya Sabha as the House discussed the unrest in Kashmir following the killing of terrorist Burhan Wani. "Militants have to be dealt with strongly, people have to be dealt with sympathy," he said.
