A day after the Jammu and Kashmir government announced that it was revoking its order to transfer land to the Amarnath Shrine Board, there was no violence in the Kashmir Valley but the situation in Jammu is very different. The Army staged a flag march in the Samba district and curfew was clamped in several areas of Jammu. This after the protests led by the BJP, Shiv Sena and Bajrang Dal activists intensified.
