A five-year-old boy was kidnapped from his house in Patiala early on Saturday morning.The kidnappers attacked the grandmother, who was present in the house at the time, with a sharp edged weapon and killed her.The boy's mother, who is employed as a nurse in a hospital, was away at work when the incident happened.
