Correction fluid is a white liquid in a tiny bottle used to correct mistakes on documents, however, it is also a far more dangerous commodity with thousands of street children addicted to it. Now, a group of NGOs is planning on going to court to ask if it is really necessary to have this product available so easily and in such large quantities.
