The Calcutta High Court has ordered the CBI to file a chargesheet against all seven accused of abetting Rizwanur Rehman's suicide in September last year. The court has directed the CBI to also initiate action against police officers involved. Police Commissioner Prasoon Mukherjee, the State Police and the CID have been pulled up for their poor handling of the case.
