Union Commerce Minister Anand Sharma hits out at the BJP for opposing foreign direct investment or FDI in multi-brand retail. He tells NDTV that when it was in power, the BJP-led NDA government favoured the move and had in fact prepared a Cabinet note allowing 100% FDI in retail. "There's a change in BJP's philosophy because of change of seat in Parliament. From being the ruling coalition they are now the opposition. It's their opportunistic and partisan agenda," he said.
