Arunima's case should be a lesson: Sports Minister

After national level athlete Arunima lost her leg after being thrown off a train, she said that she felt like a beggar after the Sports Minister first announced a Rs 25000 compensation. That compensation has been hiked but only after a huge outrage. Sports minister Ajay Maken, speaking to NDTV, said that Arunima's case is a wakeup call for the Railways and all departments that send athletes by train for interviews.
