'Amanat' case: 17-year-old accused is a minor, rules Juvenile Justice Board

A Delhi Juvenile Justice Board has ruled that one of the six accused in the Delhi gang-rape case is indeed a juvenile and will be tried in the case as a minor. The board has accepted a school certificate furnished by the accused to prove that he is 17 years old.
