Haryana rapes: Why are politicians afraid of khaps?
Om Prakash Chautala, former Chief Minister of Haryana, which has been rocked by a series of rapes, today said, "I support khap panchayats who have asked for the marriage age to be reduced as this will stop rapes. This is what was done in Mughal times."
