A young wild elephant, which killed two men and injured another in Bir Ramchandrapur village near Puri in Orissa, on Wednesday has been tranquilized and chained. But that has resulted in a great deal of stress and anxiety for the wild elephant. With hundreds of curious people thronging the site, the elephant continues to be in a violent mood.
