With all the euphoria around 3G, the question that many are beginning to ask is whether it will really take off in a price sensitive market like India and will the tech dream really last. But like all new products, the first taste of success will depend on where you live. Up market circles like Maharashtra, Karnataka, Punjab and of course Delhi and Mumbai is where all the action will be and that's one reason why companies may not be too keen to bid aggressively.
