Ever since real estate major Unitech got licenses for starting telecom services in most parts of India, it is been on the radar of international telecom majors. After months of negotiations Unitech has finally shortlisted three bidders. AT&T, the US telecom giant, is expecting to get second time lucky with Unitech, and giving it competition is Qatar Telecom and west Asia based telecom major Etisalat.
