Tata Motors will make a formal announcement about setting up a huge manufacturing plant in West Bengal on Thursday. NDTV has learnt that the deal would be signed and sealed on May 18. Tata group Chairman Ratan Tata would fly to Kolkata on Thursday afternoon to meet the CM.
