On June 24 NDTV Profit broke the story of a possible acquisition by Tulsi Tanti in China. It is official now, as Tanti along with a financial investor from Bahrain is taking over a Chinese wind energy company. Colossus Holdings, a Singapore-based holding company of the Tanti Group, has tied up with Bahrain's Arcapita Bank to take over Honiton Energy, an alternative energy provider based in China.
