After months of hard negotiations and last-minute delays, iGate CEO Phaneesh Murthy finally gets his way through by closing the deal to acquire Patni Computers. But Murthy admits the integration will be long-drawn given the size and complexity of the deal. Employee retention is going to be the key with over 16000 Patni employees coming on board and Murthy has put this on top priority.
